Vehicles)
This pneumatic shut-off valve is a core control component
specifically designed for Dongfeng Tianjin sanitation vehicles
(sweeper-scrubber trucks, sprinkler trucks, etc.), focusing on
three core requirements: "precise fluid control, durable
adaptation, and safety & reliability". Its specific functions are
as follows:
1.Intelligent On-Off & Pressure Regulation: Driven by pneumatics, it can quickly turn the water circuit on/off
with a response time of ≤0.5 seconds. It has a built-in pressure
balance structure, adapting to a working pressure range of
0.2-1.0MPa, which can automatically cope with water pressure
fluctuations and prevent pipeline damage. It also supports manual
emergency operation—when the pneumatic system fails, the valve can
be manually opened/closed via an eccentric shaft to ensure basic
operations.
2.Durable Adaptation for Sanitation Scenarios: The valve body is made of stainless steel (304/316L) with an
anti-corrosion coating on the surface, improving resistance to
sewage and acid-base corrosion by more than 5 times, with a service
life of up to 8000 hours. The valve seat adopts a hard-seal
structure (hard alloy overlay welding), which can withstand the
erosion of sediment-containing water flow, with a leakage rate of
≤0.01% of the rated flow. It supports two modes: high-pressure
cleaning (full opening with a flow rate of 80m³/h, suitable for
road flushing) and spray dust suppression (atomization particle
size ≤50μm, suitable for dust control), meeting cleaning needs in
multiple scenarios.
3.Safety Protection & Low Maintenance: Equipped with a limit switch, it provides real-time feedback on
the valve's on-off status to prevent misoperation. It uses a
double-acting spring-return pneumatic actuator—when the air supply
is interrupted, the valve closes automatically to avoid water loss
or pipeline burst. It has a built-in self-cleaning function, which
purges the valve cavity through reverse air flow to reduce impurity
deposition. The modular design allows quick separation of the valve
body and actuator; maintenance does not require pipeline
disassembly, shortening maintenance time by 60%.
